– She was also previously convicted on two counts of perjury in a separate trial.

– The mortgage fraud charges stemmed from allegations that Mosby lied on loan applications to buy two Florida vacation homes.

– Prosecutors said she lied about her income and her outstanding federal tax debt.

– Mosby testified that she didn't intentionally make any false statements and signed the loan applications in good faith.

– The jury found her guilty on one count of mortgage fraud, but not guilty on a second count.

– She is appealing both convictions.
